Seven-year-old Cameron Simoncic came home from school and discovered his father lying unconscious on the floor. The boy wanted to call an ambulance, but his father’s phone was blocked. He ran outside, but nobody was there.

Then the boy got on the bike and went to his grandmother. Cameron had to drive eight kilometers.
He was driving on a four-lane road when he was noticed by elementary school teacher Keller Sutherland. She talked to her husband on the phone and said that there was a kid on the road, the situation was weird, and she wanted to turn around and discovered what was wrong.

When Keller got closer, she recognized the kid. It was her student. Cameron said that his father has diabetes and needs help. When the teacher was talking to the boy, two more caring drivers stopped. They called 911.

Cameron told them where is their house, and the rescue service went there. Cameron’s father was given the necessary injection. Keller had crackers that came in handy to normalize blood sugar levels. Soon the boy’s father felt better.

“I am still amazed by the wonderful strength and willpower of the kid who tried to overcome the situation himself,” Sutherland wrote on social media.
