When Hall’s father sleeps, he is never alone; dogs from all over the neighborhood congregate around him to make one enormous cuddly pile.
« For as long as I can remember, my father has been saving stray dogs, » Hall said.
« I was reared in a household with a dog. » There was, however, always room for a desperate traveler.
There is now room for another couple, since he lives alone with his wife.
Some work with local rescue groups to re-home unwanted dogs; however, not all of them are adopted, and some remain permanently with dad.
