As they are all due at around the same time, it is difficult for a busy American hospital to locate four replacement nurses for its maternity unit at the same time.
Yet it’s difficult to conceive that everything would happen at the same time. The Maine Medical Center reported on Facebook that many of its nurses are pregnant at the same time.

Eight pregnant ladies were unable to attend the picture session, but nine are seen in the photos.
Maternity nurses in the United States are all between the ages of 20 and 27 from April through July.

Pregnant women who stay in the workforce generally find that their male coworkers are supportive and understanding of their situation.
Women feel better when they can talk to other pregnant ladies about their experiences. The hospital assures her that they have a plan to cope with her extended maternity leave absences.

It’s a wonderful idea so that everyone can spend quality time with the infant. It’s heartening to know that the excitement of announcing a pregnancy to loved ones is shared throughout the world.

There’s no doubting the happiness we’ve all had from spreading the news amongst our fellow nurses. The kids’ immediate bonding and maturation as a group is heartening to see.
The bonds of sisterhood and brotherhood are strengthened by the presence of a mother in the family. They will eventually become reliable supports for one another.
