This is the tale of a young Las Vegas resident by the name of Richard Johnson. He had a girlfriend who became pregnant, and the two welcomed a child in 2015.
They called her Persephone, and she was a sweet little child. The baby’s mother abandoned them when she was only a month old.
Richard was initially unsure about how to behave. He was astounded since he had to take care of the infant.
« I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to handle it. I panicked the first couple weeks and started reading parenting manuals.
The young father stated on his Facebook page, « I was watching shows and movies on YouTube to understand how to raise my newborn daughter.
He also published on Facebook, on the Life of Dad page, with the purpose of assisting single fathers.
He wrote there that he mastered parenting techniques so that he could properly care for his daughter.
Despite the fact that Persephone is only 10 months old and has no hair, her attentive father has learnt to weave braids and do hairstyles.
Aside from words of encouragement, he received a lot of counsel, particularly from fathers who had girls.
And now, Richard’s difficult times have gone, and his little child has grown up.
Richard moved in with his new girlfriend and her 6-month-old son.
The young parent hopes that his tale may serve as an example for other single fathers.
