Rex is now 11 years of age, and he burned through eight of them in a sanctuary. He arrived after he was found restricted in a junkyard. Sadly, Rex was extremely aggressive.
He nibbled on a few people at the sanctuary. For his animosity, they even wanted to euthanize him. It is easy to think about how terrified the sanctuary staff were when they saw that the neighbourhood goose got into Rex’s walled area.
Seeing the goose, Rex’s heart promptly softened, and he chose to warm up to her. Rex’s conduct changed totally, and he turned into something else entirely.
« The goose worships her new companion. She runs close to him day in and day out.
Furthermore when we go with Rex for a long stroll in the backwoods, she should be there, »
says Sheila, the sanctuary administrator.
« I have been working at this sanctuary since 1997. Yet, I have never considered such an association with be the goose had with Rex, » says Sheila.
The goose and Rex keep on being the most staggering and indistinguishable couple in this lovely sanctuary!
