The town of Norwich, Kansas — populace 450 — is going to get significantly more modest.
The Headrick sextuplets, whose birth stood out as truly newsworthy in 2002, moved on from Norwich High School, and come fall, the kin will veer off.
It’s justifiable that their folks, Sondra and Eldon Headrick, are encountering a scope of emotions. »I couldn’t express the way in which glad we are of them, » Sondra, 51, told TODAY Parents. « And yet, you know, we’re somewhat miserable. »
Sondra said she finds solace in realizing that the 18-year-olds are proceeding with their schooling in Kansas.
Ethan is made a beeline for Wichita State University to concentrate on specialized systems administration, while Sean will study network protection at Cowley College. Award, who is the most friendly of the young men, is taking a hole year.
« He will keep working and sort out what he maintains that should do straightaway, » Sondra made sense of.
Jaycie, the class salutatorian, will concentrate on rudimentary schooling at Pratt Community College. Her sisters Melissa and Danielle are going to Hutchinson Community College for visual computerization and activity, separately.
« Melissa and Danielle will not be flat mates however they need to be on a similar floor so they can mind one another, » Sondra said. « The young ladies are actually quite close. They’ll keep awake until late looking at everything. »
Sondra predicts that the main several days will be « an enlivening » for Ethan, Sean, Grant, Jaycie, Melissa and Danielle.
« They’ve forever been together, » she said.
