Initially, an animal rescue group got a call reporting the abandonment of a litter of canines beside the roadside.
The volunteers had no choice but to leave food for the pups and devise a strategy for how and where to pick them up since there were no available spaces in the city at the time.

They said that the pups were dumped by a neighbor and that their mother wept for a long time after they were separated.
Volunteers rescued the pups and transported them to their new home in the neighborhood. And the mother dog could see them from the yard, but she was scared to go close to them.
