The Russell family’s tale from Cornwall demonstrates how your dream house may be built out of garbage.
This is not being overstated. They purchased a structure covered with trash from floor to ceiling for £200,000.

But they persisted, and after meticulous labor over a number of years, they entirely altered it. Yes, extra 128,000 had to be invested, but everyone agrees that the outcome was worthwhile.

Buying a landfill in 2017 was the catalyst for the entire process. Storage for household garbage. There was nothing that the prior owner cared.

There were heaps of trash and dirt everywhere. It was impossible to pass. An antique automobile was also present nearby, among the garden’s ruins. It was completely concealed from view by the shrubs. Georgina left for work with her husband and friends.

Most significantly, the building was big, so by increasing the number of rooms, they could refurbish it profitably. It’s a reality that it wasn’t simple. The young family, though, has a cozy nest of its own. Here are pictures of the before and after.
