In order to make a costume that would go well with her daughter’s wheelchair, Tiffany put on her thinking cap and eventually came up with the concept of transforming the wheelchair itself into a lovely carriage.

All I did, according to Tiffany, was grab some tinsel and ribbon. We also bought some battery-operated lights, hula hoops, and zip ties.
Roslyn’s makeover into Cinderella was finished with the addition of a pair of glass slippers and the most gorgeous Cinderella costume imaginable, which Roslyn wore.
