Anja Ringgern Loven uploaded this picture of an African boy being fed by a volunteer on her page, and it quickly became popular all over the world.
The woman has volunteered for many years and frequently travels to nations that require volunteer assistance.
Anja wrote a note with this image in which she discussed the boy’s fate. His own parents expelled him into the street because they believed he was a witch.
A bunch of con artists operated in the area at the time, convincing many parents that their kids were sorcerers and offering to « heal » the baby in exchange for a sizable quantity of money.
However, the boy’s family made the decision to simply discard him.
The youngster survived on street food for eight months while living there. But he was fortunate to encounter Anja, who brought the boy to Denmark and settled in her own shelter there along with the other « foundlings » from Nigeria.
The youngster initially lagged well behind his contemporaries in terms of growth and was unable to put on the required amount of weight. Take a peek at the viral African youngster in this shot to see how his life turned out.
