Roman McConn was named Kid of the Year in 2018 by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA). At the age of four, a youngster who later saved 1,300 canines at the age of seven.

When Roman was four years old, he requested that instead of receiving gifts for his birthday, his family make a financial contribution to a shelter for abandoned dogs.

Jennifer, Roman’s mother, provides for him. In December 2016, they transported 30 rescued dogs from a Texas shelter to Washington.

The youngster and his mother have since given hundreds more animals a second shot.

Roman was really concerned about what would happen to the dogs because they were on the shelters’ euthanasia list.

The young boy started making films in which he spoke about each resident of the shelter, including their age, terrible circumstances, and personalities. He pleaded with viewers to have pity and adopt a dog.

But it costs money to save stray pets. Money is required for food, temporary accommodation, veterinary treatments, and transportation.
